The Board of Directors will support the work of the Arizona Rangers membership and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations of the companies are led by the Board of Governors, the Board of Directors and Board of Governors relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board of Directors is both critical and expected.
